Matt Turmaine
Matt Turmaine is the Labour MP for Watford, having been elected in July 2024 with a majority of 4,723 votes.
Born in Amersham, he went to St Clement Danes School. He obtained a degree in Economics and Modern Economic History at the University of Birmingham.
Matt has lived in Watford for over a decade.
Prior to being elected to Parliament, Matt worked at Hertfordshire County Council in the field of Health and Social Care and previously at the BBC.
